Is there anyone who would like to be part of a committee for the website? The board has agreed to set aside some money to make some changes, and hopefully it won't all fall upon Rafi hereafter. We have a small committee of Rafi, Aaron Siegel, Jeff Zax, and me (Barbara). Please let me know.

Kohelet members who are saying Kaddish for deceased relatives depend on there being 10 adults in the sanctuary at about 9:30 on Shabbat morning, which makes it possible to perform that very important mitzvah. This is not just about "attendance," it's about providing support for our friends who may {God forbid} be bereaved.
Please think about how important your presence is on Saturday mornings, and see if you can carve out some time from your busy schedule to help make a vessel for our deepest prayers.
Mid-April, we will begin our "Shabbat Mix-Ups" again, where members expand their repertoire by inviting new people over for Shabbat dinner, that they might not regularly have over. This is a great way to get to know people, both long-standing members, new members, or guests.

The Hirsch Bris will be today, Friday 3/16/12 at Heitler's, 170 S. Dexter: Mincha 4:00, Bris 4:30. And thanks to Daylight Savings, Shabbat comes in leisurely around 7:30.
See you there!

Here's another blog on this page, which only members will have the address to. While it IS possible that someone could find this page, it's not likely. Use common sense with regard to privacy, but this is where people could talk about things we might not want on the public page. The blog on the front page can be used by admin people to keep our public persona 'lively.
